Professional BACP Accredited Counselling & Training
Life-Force School of Counselling, offers BACP accredited counselling training at Levels 2, 3, and 4.
Our mission is to promote emotional health and wellbeing by providing accessible, professional counselling and training grounded in empathy, integrity, and respect.
Our courses are delivered in The Life-Force Centre which has been a trusted part of the Colchester community since 1994. The centre offers high-quality counselling services alongside our accredited training in a welcoming and professional environment.
The Centre has been based on East Hill since 2005 within a beautifully restored Grade II listed building. The building has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a warm, safe, and comfortable space for therapy and learning.
Our training sessions are held in our dedicated Rainbow Room, and the Centre’s therapy rooms are also used for the course breakout sessions and skills practise.
